1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to top1an, the operator of this gaming platform.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

When creating an Account, You agree to:

top1an reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of Your KTP (Indonesian identity card) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Bank account documentation for withdrawal verification
• Selfie photograph holding Your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful identity verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password. top1an recommends using a strong password containing at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never use passwords that are easily guessable or that You use on other websites.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account, whether authorized by You or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If You believe Your Account has been compromised, You must contact customer support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or money laundering
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate game outcomes

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or staff

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

top1an accepts deposits through the following methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by Your chosen payment provider. Deposits are credited to Your Account instantly in most cases, though bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak banking hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in Your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by VIP tier:

• Standard members: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction
• VIP members: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction

4.3 Fees and Charges

top1an does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond Our control. You are responsible for any third-party fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without wagering may be flagged for review and subject to additional verification requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by top1an are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Common bonus types include:

• Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposing outcomes)
• Withdrawing and immediately re-depositing to claim reload bonuses repeatedly

5.4 Maximum Bet Rules

When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet per round/spin is typically limited to Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture. Specific limits will be stated in each bonus's terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official results declared by the governing sports body. In the event of postponements, cancellations, or void matches:

• Single bets on postponed matches are void and stakes are returned
• In mix parlay (accumulator bets), postponed selections are treated as void and odds are recalculated without that selection
• Live in-play betting markets close when a significant event occurs (e.g., goal scored, red card shown); bets placed during the closure delay may be rejected

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers operating from licensed studios. Game rules, payout tables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information section. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, Your active hand or bet remains valid and will be settled according to standard game rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds are displayed, top1an reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players, but You agree that obvious errors (e.g., odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 1.10) void the contract regardless of notification.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the top1an Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of top1an or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

Provide as much detail as possible, including Your username, transaction IDs, dates, and a clear description of the issue.

We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly, typically providing a response within 5 business days. If You are not satisfied with Our resolution, You may escalate the matter according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined by Our licensing authority.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus pending bonus funds) will be returned to You via Your verified withdrawal method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened within 6 months.

10.2 Suspension by top1an

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• You become self-excluded or restricted under responsible gaming measures
• Legal or regulatory authorities require Us to do so

In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, top1an reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending bets or bonuses.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Our international gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts associated with Our licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, We reserve the right to bring proceedings in the courts of Your country of residence or any other jurisdiction where You may have assets.
